In addition to the district meeting, you will have an option of a free pre-district meeting workshop entitled “The Basics of Special Education.” This session will explore school responsibilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The workshop will be held in the same location from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. One (1) hour of credit toward new or incumbent school board member training has also been approved for this workshop. If you are interested in attending, please indicate so on the registration form.
