District 14 Registration Form
In addition to the district meeting, you will have an option of a free pre-district meeting workshop on “The School District's Response to Abuse Allegations.” This session will outline a school's responsibilities to report suspected abuse and respond to abuse allegations. The session will also focus on communication between the school board, school administrators, the press and the public during an investigation. Participants will also learn about due process concerns with regard to employees accused of wrongdoing. This workshop will be held in the same location from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
School board members attending this meeting will receive the following credit hours (pending approval):
1 New/Incumbent state and federal laws and their impact on local school districts;
1 New/Incumbent educational Issues; &
1 New/Incumbent legal issues (if you attend the Pre-District Meeting Workshop)

2 Continuing Education (or 3 if you also attend the Pre-District Meeting Workshop)
