generic registration form can be downloaded here, and can be utilized for any OSSBA event.  When agendas are finalized, event specific registration forms can be downloaded.  Pricing information can be found below.

To register for an event through our website, please fill out the information below.  Credit card payments are now accepted through the website.  Credit card information can also be provided by phone or fax.  After your purchase order number is provided, your school will be invoiced.  After registering for an event on our website, you will receive a confirmation email.
