OPSUCA is a self-insurance trust for member public schools’ unemployment compensation expenses. It is sponsored by OSSBA and CCOSA and is administered from the OSSBA offices in Oklahoma City. Currently, 342 schools, technology centers, and cooperatives are members of OPSUCA.
The OSSBA staff is involved with day-to-day operations of OPSUCA. Jessica Sherrill, one of four attorneys serving you through the OSSBA, is the Director of OPSUCA. Martha Stewart, who is a Certified Public Accountant and the CFO of OSSBA, will manage your school’s OPSUCA account. Kelly Ross serves as the clerk of OPSUCA and produces the OPSUCA newsletter.
