An OSSBA facilitator will come to your location and spend three hours with the team in a casual, open discussion format during a special meeting.

The OSSBA has a field of experts, both school board members and superintendents, available to come to your district and work with your board and superintendent.  Their years of service and leadership experiences provide valuable assistance as facilitators to your board discussions.
