OSSBA/CCOSA acceptance of an application does NOT mean the presenter is registered for the Convention. All presenters must pay the Convention registration fee to attend workshops, general sessions, or visit the exhibit hall.

All correspondence will be with the main presenter by email, with other presenters copied, unless otherwise specified.

Each room will be set with a head table and two chairs, projector, screen, and microphone. You must furnish your own computer. Any other arrangement would be by special request to OSSBA and may be at a cost to the presenter.

Provided presentations may be published on one or more of the following: OSSBA, CCOSA, or event-specific mobile application; OSSBA, CCOSA, or event-specific website. This does not include sharing on social media and is intended for paid conference attendees only. If you prefer your presentation not be shared, please indicate below.
