ELIGIBILITY

Eligible projects include any school project designed by a resident registered Oklahoma architect built in Oklahoma and designed by an architect licensed to practice in Oklahoma at the time of the project’s completion. Projects must have been completed after January 1, 2012, and prior to August 1, 2023. An individual or firm may submit an unlimited number of entries for which authorship can be supported. An individual or firm may not submit an entry for a project that has previously been submitted by a different individual or firm. To be eligible for entry, an individual or firm must have purchased an exhibit space at the 2023 OSSBA/CCOSA Education Leadership Conference.

Entries will consist of one 36” X 36” board (foam core, sintra or Gator board accepted) per project and entry fee. Board contents, including descriptive information that explains your project visually, image arrangement, and formatting style is at the discretion of the entrant.

There will be an opportunity to retrieve your board at the close of the show. Non-winning boards that are not claimed by the entrant will be disposed.

Entry forms + fees are due by August 18, 2023

Completed entries should be delivered in person to Kelly Ross during the exhibit hall set-up period Aug. 23-24.

The Architectural Exhibition will be in the main lobby of the Oklahoma City Convention Center during regular show hours on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, August 24-26.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD

All conference registrants will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite project. The winner will be awarded a plaque during the Saturday general session and their project will be featured on the OSSBA website and social media.
