Points of Pride

Catoosa Public Schools has a 1:1 laptop program from grades 6-12 and has been recognized as an Apple Distinguished School the past 3 years. Catoosa Public Schools has been recognized as a Great Expectations Model School the past 2 years at our Pre-K/1st grade site. The citizens of Catoosa and Catoosa Public Schools believe in a strong partnership and work together to enrich the experience for each and every student. Team Catoosa has passed 3 large, wide reaching bond issues the past 10 years and our district is progressive and moving forward.


Our football program competes in the best 4A District Oklahoma has to offer. We were state semi-finalists in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, we have made the playoffs 7 of the past 8 years. The high school marching band consistently places 3rd or better in competitive marching events. Each year, about 60% of the middle school and high school band members earn “All-county” and/or “All-region” Honors. Additionally, the band has recently received the OSSAA “Sweepstakes” Award.

Applications will be accepted for this position until March 31, 2017. Candidates selected to interview will be notified by email or phone. Interviews will be held in April 2017, with the hopes of naming a superintendent in May 2017.  This timeline is subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
