This training will cover the requirements for FMCSR 49 CFR 382.600 and will be good general information for other supervisors on how to recognize signs and symptoms of alcohol misuse and controlled substance use. This will help with OK Title 40-554 For-cause testing. The training is not required in Oklahoma Statute but will offer good information for supervisors.
