Hiring a superintendent is one of a school board’s most important responsibilities — but so is evaluating the superintendent’s performance. Join us for a conversation about the legal and practical aspects of the superintendent evaluation, best practices, common mistakes and the importance of the board-superintendent relationship in the evaluation process.

The Basics of Superintendent Evaluation is eligible for 1 ethics credit.

Have a question for the panel to address during the workshop? Submit it in advance here.
