Lunch will be provided for all attendees of the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy. The Academy is eligible for up to five continuing education credits for treasurers/encumbrance clerks.

Can’t make the Oklahoma City sessions? The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy will also be held Tues. March 8 and the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy will also be held on Wed. March 9 at the Tulsa Hilton DoubleTree Warren Place.

Registration is $150 for OSSBA members, $300 for non-members. Registrations are due on or before March 18. Registrations after the deadline, including on-site, are $175 ($350 for non-members). Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing on or before March 18 for a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). No refunds or credits will be offered after March 18.

When applicable, OSSBA will communicate the COVID safety protocols and requirements of each meeting venue. The safety protocols are subject to change in accordance with leadership directives. In all cases, we recognize that masks help stop the spread of COVID-19 and they are encouraged. Masks will be available at check-in.
