Managing human resources is a big job. No matter the size of the district, it is crucial that school leaders understand the importance of recruiting, retaining and leading quality teachers and support professionals. It is also important for school leaders to understand the various federal employment laws and to give them management tools, knowledge and confidence to handle employment matters. Join the OSSBA Employment Services Team, along with our special guests, for our full-day HR Academy where we’ll discuss best practices and legal requirements related to personnel management. The Academy will benefit administrators, human resource personnel, business managers, payroll staff and other school professionals that deal with personnel issues.

Registration is $150 for OSSBA members that are not OSSBA Employment Services members, $300 for non-OSSBA members. Registrations are due on or before November 26. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by the registration due date for a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). No refunds will be offered after the due date. Registrations after the deadline (including on-site) are $175 ($350 for non-members).
Seating will be limited to enable social distancing and masks are required. Masks will be available at check-in.
