Lunch will be provided for all attendees of the Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy. Also at the Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy, OSSBA will host a special lunch session for clerks whose districts already subscribe to OSSBA’s paperless meeting service – Assemble. This will be an opportunity for a training refresh, to learn about newer features in Assemble and to chat with other clerks who use the system. There is no charge for the Assemble session.
The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy is held in conjunction with the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy.
Can’t make the Tulsa sessions? The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy will also be held Tues. March 22 and the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy will also be held on Wed. March 23 at the Waterford Renaissance Hotel in Oklahoma City. There will be a special room rate of $119 per night at the Waterford Renaissance for Oklahoma City attendees. Registration is $150 for OSSBA members, $300 for non-members. Registrations are due on or before March 4. Registrations after the deadline, including on-site, are $175 ($350 for non-members). Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing on or before March 4 for a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). No refunds or credits will be offered after March 4.
When applicable, OSSBA will communicate the COVID safety protocols and requirements of each meeting venue. The safety protocols are subject to change in accordance with leadership directives. In all cases, we recognize that masks help stop the spread of COVID-19 and they are encouraged. Masks will be available at check-in.
