A strong superintendent-school board relationship serves as the foundation for a high-achieving school district.

We’ll discuss the keys to building a strong governance team, the importance of the superintendent evaluation, analyze scenarios and provide concrete strategies for improvement. This is a great session for board-superintendent teams to attend together.

Presented by: Dr. Joe Siano, OSSBA Associate Executive Director; Dr. Ann Caine, OSSBA Director of Education Leadership; Julie Miller, OSSBA Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel
