FINDING AND KEEPING GREAT EMPLOYEES

Recruiting and retaining employee talent is critical – and growing more difficult – for Oklahoma schools. Join us for a two-part discussion about how to enhance your current efforts to grow, strengthen and support your team.

We’ll also share important information about changes to election law that will affect filing for school board seats.

Pre-Meeting Workshop

The conversation begins with the pre-region meeting workshop from 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Join the OSSBA team as we discuss several new benefits and programs that school leaders can leverage to enhance their local benefit package for employees.

Region Meeting

The region meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. After dinner, the conversation continues.
Learn about, share and explore district-level initiatives that are helping school leaders create an environment quality professionals want to call home. See district samples and learn directly from your peers through discussion and Q&A.

RSVP online below. You must select the pre-region meeting workshop separately if planning to attend both sessions.

The pre-region meeting workshop is eligible for 1 Ethics credit. The region meeting is eligible for 2 Ethics credits.

Online registration is available through the OSSBA member portal. For information or questions about registering online, please contact Mong Chia by email with your name, district, and email address or call 888.528.3571.

Dinner will be provided by BWA Architects as a service to the OSSBA membership for all board members and up to two administrators.
