Training will be held in the Brackeen Seminar Center, room 500.

This training will provide legal and practical guidance to school district administrators, including Title IX coordinators, regarding school district obligations under Title IX to prohibit sexual harassment and respond appropriately to allegations. The training will include an overview of Title IX law related to sex discrimination/harassment and guidance on the specific duties of Title IX coordinators. We will also discuss how to conduct a thorough and legally sufficient investigation into such allegations, including how to document the investigation and develop a final report.

Save the date for part 2! Part 2 will be held Wednesday, Feb. 5 at the Moore Norman Technology Center, South Penn Campus, Oklahoma City. Part 1 attendance is required.

Registration is $125 for members, $250 for non-members. Registrations are due 7 days before the training date. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by the registration due date for a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). No refunds will be offered after the due date. Registrations after the deadline (including on-site) are $150 ($300 for non-members).
