  • 10′ x 10′ exhibit spaces are $1000 each
  • Special! 10% discount per booth on multiple 10′ x 10′ booths
  • 20′ x 20′ spaces are $3600
  • 10′ x 60′ bus areas are $4000
  • 50’x 60′ bus areas are $8000
  • Grey shaded areas are unavailable for registration
  • Blue shaded areas are reserved

We are expecting over 2,000 attendees. Each exhibit booth includes the following:

  • 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Space
  • 8’ Back Drape and 3’ Siderail
  • 1-8’ Skirted Table
  • 2-Premium Folding Chairs
  • 1-Wastebasket
  • 1-Vendor Identification Sign

Welcome Reception and Networking Event! The reception is open to all conference and pre-conference attendees and will offer valuable networking time for exhibitors. Light snacks and a cash bar are provided for exhibitors.

Friday, Aug. 23

7:30 a.m. –  1:30 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 24

Exhibitors should not dismantle before the closed announcement on Saturday. We ask that exhibitors respect our attendees, other vendors, and OSSBA/CCOSA’s stated policies. Unapproved early tear-down may result in a fee and/or loss of early bird booth reservations for the 2025 conference.

OSSBA and CCOSA do not provide conference attendee lists to anyone at any time, regardless of partnership or sponsorship level. Attendee lists are not available for purchase. Any communication offering an attendee list for the Education Leadership Conference is not legitimate.

  • Please be aware that OSSBA/CCOSA cannot guarantee preferred locations, but we will endeavor to locate your booth as close to your preferred location as possible. All booth placements are first come, first served. Blue shaded booths are reserved.
  • OSSBA will work to accommodate preferences, but cannot guarantee requests. Information on ordering optional power, carpet and furniture will be provided at a later date.
  • I understand that OSSBA reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor application. I agree to pay a $100 cancellation fee per booth space for spaces cancelled prior to July 1, 2024. I agree to pay full booth price for all booths requested if for any reason I do not attend the show and/or do not notify OSSBA of my cancellation prior to July 1, 2024. I understand that on or after July 1, 2024 full booth price remains due regardless of notification of cancellation. I understand that an early booth dismantle fee of $100 and/or loss of 2025 early bird booth reservation(s) may apply if booth is dismantled or vacated prior to the designated exhibit hall 2024 closing time.
