Whether academics, athletics, or fine arts, Oologah-Talala Public Schools has a tradition of being competitive in all we do.

Oologah-Talala Public Schools has a rich history with many of our sports programs including 15 Academic All-Staters, 23 American FFA Degree Recipients, 1 U.S. Presidential Scholar, 130 Oklahoma Coaches Association All State Athletes, 10 National Champions, 30 team championships, and 94 Individual State Champions across our various sports programs, and we are proud of the fact that over 80% of our students participate in a sport, club, or extra-curricular activity.

Oologah-Talala has very strong fine arts programs which include our own Stallion Battalion band having multiple students recently name to the Small School All State Concert and Jazz band, as well as Oologah High School being proud to have led the way with a unique experience beginning two years ago with the introduction of our drama and wrestling program coming together for a one night wrestling duel that includes a one-act play from our drama department in the middle of the action.

With the proceeds from a $10 million dollar bond issue passed in the Fall of 2019, we have been able to upgrade and make improvements to almost all of our district facilities.

Additionally, our bus fleet is one of the newest and highest quality within the region.
