Show Hours

4 – 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23 for our casual welcome reception with light food and drink and attendee networking.

7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24

7:30 a.m. – Noon Saturday Aug. 25

Tear-down may begin at noon Saturday. Early tear-down may result in a fine and/or loss of early-bird booth selection for the 2019 conference. See a complete draft conference agenda here.

  • Please be aware that OSSBA/CCOSA cannot guarantee preferred locations, but we will endeavor to locate your booth as close to your preferred location as possible. All booth placements are first come, first served. Prime booths are $550, non-prime are $500. Single bus spaces are $2500, multiple bus spaces are $5000.

  • The OSSBA reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor application. I agree to pay a $50 cancellation fee per booth space for spaces cancelled on or prior to July 20, 2018. I also agree to pay full booth price for all booths requested if for any reason I do not show and do not notify OSSBA of my cancellation prior to July 20, 2018. An early booth dismantle fee and/or loss of early bird booth reservation may apply if booth is dismantled or vacated prior to the designated exhibit hall closing time. I have read and accept all exhibitor policies.
  • An invoice will be issued after booth location confirmation. Payment is due before July 20, 2018. You may pay by check mailed to OSSBA, 2801 N. Lincoln Blvd., Ste. 125, Oklahoma City, OK 73105 or by credit card by calling the OSSBA accounting department at 888.528.3571.
