Exhibitors should not dismantle before the closed announcement at noon Saturday. We ask that exhibitors respect our attendees, other vendors, and OSSBA/CCOSA’s stated policies. Unapproved early tear-down may result in a fee and/or loss of early bird reservations.

The Education Leadership Conference welcome reception and networking event will be held Thursday, Aug. 22 from 4 – 7 p.m. The reception is open to all conference and pre-conference attendees and will offer valuable networking time for exhibitors. Electricity and internet are not included with your booth. Electricity and internet may be ordered online directly from the Cox Center.
Please note that the Cox Center does not allow distribution of water bottles from exhibitor booths. They do allow restricted food and beverage sampling if it adheres to their policies and if prior authorization is received. Get more information here.
Please complete the exhibitor name badge request form no later than Friday, Aug. 16. Every booth attendant must have a name badge.
We are offering an opportunity for exhibitors to pre-order lunches for Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday. Just submit the request and payment form and your lunch will be conveniently delivered to your booth at the designated time. Lunch orders must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 16.
