We are expecting up to 2,000 attendees. You can view a tentative conference schedule here, and a list of current exhibitors here. Each exhibit booth includes the following:

  • 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Space
  • 8’ Back Drape and 3’ Siderail
  • 1-8’ Skirted Table
  • 2-Premium Folding Chairs
  • 1-Wastebasket
  • 1-Vendor Identification Sign

LOAD-IN information

Move-in hours will be 1 – 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25 and will continue from 8 a.m.-Noon Thursday, Aug. 26. You are welcome to continue setting up past noon on Thursday but we will have to close all overhead doors to allow the building to cool for the afternoon reception.

Specific unloading and loading information will be provided closer to the show dates. Loading dock access as well as standard lot access will be available for your convenience. In order to facilitate an easier set-up and tear-down experience for all, vehicles must be moved from the loading area immediately upon the completion of unloading or loading. Vehicles will not be allowed to remain in the loading area during booth set-up.

Thursday, Aug. 26

Welcome Reception and Networking Event! The reception is open to all conference and pre-conference attendees and will offer valuable networking time for exhibitors. Light snacks and a cash bar are provided for exhibitors.

7:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 27

PLEASE NOTE: Due to popular demand, attendee registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. Friday. As such, the exhibit hall will also open to attendees at 7:30 a.m. on Friday.

7:30 a.m. –  12:30 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 28

Exhibitors should not dismantle before the closed announcement at 12:30 p.m. Saturday. We ask that exhibitors respect our attendees, other vendors, and OSSBA/CCOSA’s stated policies. Unapproved early tear-down may result in a fee and/or loss of early bird booth reservations for the 2022 conference.

Architectural exhibition

The Architectural Exhibition is an excellent opportunity for your firm to present your projects to school board members and superintendents from across Oklahoma. Attendees will vote for their favorite project and the People’s Choice Award will be presented to the winning architect during the Saturday General Session.

Please complete the exhibitor name badge request form no later than Friday, Aug. 20. Every booth attendant must have a name badge.

distribution of food and beverage

Please review the food and beverage distribution guidelines for the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Restricted food and beverage sampling is allowed if it adheres to provided guidelines and if prior authorization is received.

welcome reception

We're happy to announce the return of the Education Leadership Conference welcome reception and networking event. The reception will be held Thursday, Aug. 26 from 4 - 7 p.m. The reception is open to all conference and pre-conference attendees and will offer valuable networking time for exhibitors. Light snacks and a cash bar are provided for exhibitors. Unique expanded visibility opportunities are available during the welcome reception.

freight, carpet and decor

Event 1 Productions is the official service contractor for the Education Leadership Conference. Download the vendor packet for information on freight and optional decor and signage or order online.

electricity and internet

Electricity and internet are not included with your booth. Electricity and internet may be ordered online directly from the Convention Center. OSSBA and CCOSA do not have access to electric and internet order information. Questions about orders should be directed to the Convention Center.

OSSBA and CCOSA do not provide conference attendee lists to vendors at any time, regardless of partnership or sponsorship level. Attendee lists are not available for purchase.
