Register online below to display your district's student art at the 2022 Education Leadership Conference!

Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to accommodate as many districts as possible, each accepted district may bring a maximum of 20 pieces to exhibit. Registration will close after the available space is filled. Art will be displayed in K-6 and 6-12 grade groups.

Delivery, set up, identification and removal of pieces is the complete responsibility of the exhibiting school district. OSSBA and CCOSA will provide display tables and presentation boards. Details and dimensions of the exhibited pieces must be provided to OSSBA by July 22, 2022.

Art Exhibition 2022

  • Mobile number preferred. Contact may be required on weekend days during the show.
  • Details and dimensions of the exhibited pieces must be provided to OSSBA by July 22, 2022.
    Please enter a number from 1 to 20.
  • I understand that OSSBA, CCOSA and/or the Cox Center hold no responsibility for the displayed pieces. Security is onsite but dedicated art exhibition security is not provided. Art pieces must remain on display throughout the show and may not be moved or removed until after the official removal time.

    I also understand that delivery, set up, identification and removal of the exhibited pieces is the complete responsibility of the exhibiting school district. Set up of all exhibited pieces must be completed between noon and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 24 or between 8 a.m. and noon on Thursday, Aug. 25. Removal of all exhibited pieces must be completed between noon and 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 27, 2022.
