During this workshop, we will discuss school district obligations to employees under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Specifically, we will cover the definition of disability under the ADA, the process for providing reasonable accommodations to employees, and other issues that may bring the ADA into play.

ADA Accessibility is eligible for 2 ethics credits for school board members.

Registration is $100 for OSSBA members, $200 for non-members. Registrations are due by March 4. In-person registrations after the deadline are $125 ($250 for non-members). Notice of in-person registration cancellation must be received in writing by the registration due date for a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). No refunds will be offered after the due date. Virtual registrations are not subject to a price increase or cancellation fee. 

Seating will be spaced to allow for distancing and masks are encouraged. Masks will be available at check-in.
