The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy is held in conjunction with the Thursday, Sept. 19 Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy. A special nightly hotel rate of $94 is available for attendees of both Tulsa sessions. Call the DoubleTree at 918-495-1000 and mention OSSBA.

Assemble Paperless Meeting Subscribers – OSSBA will offer lunch and a special Assemble User Group Meeting for clerks whose districts already subscribe to OSSBA’s paperless meeting service – Assemble. This will be an opportunity for a training refresh, to learn about newer features in Assemble and to chat with other clerks who use the system. This session is FREE for up to three attendees from each district who are also registered to attend the Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy. Lunch will be provided for those in attendance, and the session begins at noon. A separate RSVP is required – register through the below register online link.

Can’t make the Tulsa sessions? The Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy will also be held Thurs. Sept. 26 and the Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy will be repeated Fri. Sept. 27 at the Waterford Renaissance Hotel in Oklahoma City. A special nightly hotel rate of $119 is available for attendees of both OKC sessions. Get more information and book online here.
