Seeds of Opportunity: Understanding the Redbud Fund

During the most recent legislative session, the state Legislature committed record funding for the capital needs of school districts through the Redbud Fund. Join OSSBA Executive Director Dr. Shawn Hime, OSSBA Associate Executive Director Dr. Joe Siano and OSSBA Staff Attorney Tony Childers for an in-depth discussion about the history behind and purpose of the Redbud Fund, the recent legislative action, what funding changes mean for school districts and how districts can use the new/additional funding to support students.

Registration is $60 for OSSBA members, and $120 for nonmembers. Each registration is valid for one computer. Multiple people may share a computer to watch, but each school board member who needs board credit must have an individual registration. Workshop login information will be sent via email after registration confirmation. This session is free for attendees whose districts subscribe to the OSSBA Online Board Bundle.
