The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy is held in conjunction with the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy. A special nightly hotel rate of $99 may be available for attendees of both Tulsa sessions. Please call 1-800-801-1317 to make a reservation.

Assemble Paperless Meeting Subscribers – OSSBA will offer lunch and a special Assemble User Group Meeting for clerks whose districts already subscribe to OSSBA’s paperless meeting service – Assemble. This will be an opportunity for a training refresh, to learn about newer features in Assemble and to chat with other clerks who use the system. No separate registration or RSVP is required. This session is free for all registered attendees of the Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy.

Lunch will be provided for all attendees of the Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy and the Assemble User Group Meeting.

Can’t make the Tulsa sessions? The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy will also be held Wed., Feb. 12 and the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy will also be held on Thurs., Feb. 13 at the Waterford Renaissance Hotel in Oklahoma City. There will be a special room rate of $119 per night at the Waterford Renaissance for Oklahoma City attendees. Please call 1-800-848-4782 to make a reservation.
