The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy is held in conjunction with the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy.

Can’t make the Tulsa sessions? The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy will also be held Wed., Nov. 10 and the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy will also be held on Thurs., Nov. 11 at the Waterford Renaissance Hotel in Oklahoma City. Registration is $150 for OSSBA members, $300 for non-members. Registrations are due by October 22. Registrations after the deadline, including on-site, are $175 ($350 for non-members). Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing by October 22 for a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). No refunds or credits will be offered after October 22.

In-person attendance will be limited to enable social distancing, and in-person attendees are encouraged to wear masks. Please note the safety protocols may change in accordance with local or state health directives.
