The Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy is held in conjunction with the Wed., Nov. 10 Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy. There will be a special room rate of $119 per night at the Waterford Renaissance for Oklahoma City attendees. Please call 1-800-228-9290 or 405-848-4782 to make a reservation.

Lunch will be provided for all attendees of the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy. The Academy is eligible for up to five continuing education credits for treasurers/encumbrance clerks.

Can’t make the Oklahoma City sessions? The Minutes Clerk Leadership Academy will also be held Tues., Oct. 26 and the Treasurer/Encumbrance Clerk Academy will be held on Wed., Oct. 27 at the DoubleTree Warren Place in Tulsa.

Registration is $150 for OSSBA members, $300 for non-members. Registrations are due by November 5. Registrations after the deadline, including on-site, are $175 ($350 for non-members). Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing by November 5 for a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee). No refunds or credits will be offered after November 5.

In-person attendance will be limited to enable social distancing, and in-person attendees are encouraged to wear masks. Please note the safety protocols may change in accordance with local or state health directives.
